So...let's say I make a mural...but when I extract it from homecrafter is in simpackage,so anyone must install it if they download it.How can I turn them into files so I can put them direct to downloads folder ? =D

I'm not sure exactly what you mean but you should find everything you need to know in this tutorial by HystericalParoxym:

If you are asking how to convert package files to sims2pack files, you can do it with simPE. Select your package file then go to Tools -> Package Tool -> CreateSims2Pack.

Normally you'd just double click the icon for the sims2pack version. Then you can go to your downloads folder and find the file just installed and zip/rar it up for upload.
