The NoEP version will work with all EP combinations, the FT version just has a little code that doesn't work with other EP's. It should work fine for you.

Yes, I finally got it done. :) This was the most difficult of all the items I've created and it took me quite awhile to get it right. The animations for the flying were the hardest to get in sync. I think one frame the sims dips down a little lower than the dragon but it is the best I could get. It seriously took me days to get the animations working in sync.
