Hospital Hotel, Can this be done??

Hi All,

I have been thinking of making a Hospital that would function as a hotel. Has anyone tried this and can it be done?  I would like to be able to send my infirmed sims to a hospital and have them pay daily for services.  I also thought that I would make a small restaurant for the hospital cafeteria and a flower and gift shop in the building.  So I guess my question is, can the regular hospital beds that folks have made be used as hotel beds to make the hospital a place where simmies rent their rooms?  Can I choose the staff clothing?  Does anyone who has created and played hotels know if this can be done?

I think Yakov make some hospital beds.

They might have been in the Post-Modernist Collection.

I could be wrong.

I know that people have made the equipment(I have some of it in my game), What I am asking is this. I have never built a hotel before (only used the ones in the game).

Can I use regular beds or custom content beds as hotel beds?  

Also, is there a way to redress sims like the desk clerk (only for this one building)  to make them look like hospital staff ?  

Also, can a hospital/hotel be run in town, or would I have to move it to a vacation spot?

Hotels can be in any neighborhood.

You can set up a hotel to look like a hospital, but when you go their, others will come as if on vacation.

You'd have to force the clothes issue either each time you visit or with modifications to the staff NPCs, which would then effect every hotel.
