You should find it in the same area you would find the highchair. Unless you have something that conflicts with the EA highchair, I know someone created something the causes the EA highchair to no longer work.

This is amazing! What a wonderful idea. :) My kids in real life always used a booster on a regular chair. We live in a small apartment and have no room for a highchair. ;)
I see from your pics that infants can sit in it too. Can they drink a bottle or do anything else while in it?
Also, does it get dirty and need to be cleaned?
Anyway, I'm totally looking forward to using this in game!
