When I download eyes they dont look the same as they did in the pic the only thing different is the iris but not really the shape... so how do i change that I see sims with goregous eyes and download the same ones but they dont look the same please help!

Shape will vary on all sims, it is part of their DNA so it is normal they do not look like the ones you download.  What you are downloading is only the eye color, not the shape.

Also sometimes they apply make-up on the eyes they posted the picture of which can make them look different then what you expected.
