Can You Change The Skin Tone of an Active Sim

I want one of my pre-existing Sims to have a skin tone I just downloaded... Is there anyway to switch skin tones after your sims been made and started his life.

yes, through the christianlov skintone changer, although some people have had the skintone change back after a bit. There is a version on Insim adult, but Christianlov's main one is at mts2. It's a painting that hangs on the wall, and while playing the sim, you click on it, and a menu of skintones and bodyshapes is brought up to click on.
