Hi, I tried to search for this but wasn't exactly sure what to search for. I recently lost all my saved files and cc, so I've been downloading LOADS of stuff. Well something I got is bad and crashing my game. It crashes everytime I try to scroll into one page of decorative stuff in buy mode.

Now I remember having a problem like this before and someone directing me to a program that lets you view custom content outside of the game. I think it might have also let you know if the file has a problem. I just can't remember what it's called or where to get it. So I could REALLY use help if someone knows what I'm talking about.

Thanks in advance!

The only program that I can think of that will let you view CC outside of the game (besides the Content Manager-not a very good program) is Delphy's Download Organizer, available at MTS-it can look for orphan meshes, find duplicates, etc-but I don't think it can show what is corrupted in your game.

I had the same problem in decorative. I had to do it the slow way. Fortunately, I had a stable sub-folder with most of the downloads in it so I only had to look through a hundred or so. Turned out to be a ground solar panel I had downloaded. Anyway, I copied the downloads not in the stable folder to a save area and then deleted those and then copied them back, twelve and restarted, no problem delete those and copy the next twelve, keep trying until you zero in on the culprit. I was fortunate in that on my Vista machine I could see a blank CC box in the decorative/misc. XP just crashed when I tried to page through. Grunt work locating it. Good luck.
