Family Funds Cheat? Help please.

Im trying to get the family funds cheat to work, but it doesn't.
I do:
Ctrl + Shift + C
(box appears)
then:
familyfunds Smith 1000000

am I typing something wrong??

do I do it in the Neighborhood or at the house?

umm I don't know about that cheat but here is a cheat that gives you $50,000 type motherlode
or just some extra spending cash type kaching gives $1,000

Use the FamilyFunds cheat from the neighborhood screen.  Keep in mind that if you have more than one Smith household, the game won't know which one you want the money to go to, and could be giving it to the wrong Smiths.

Type it like this familyFunds Smith 1000000 then click enter. Do this in the neighbourhood screen then play your house hold. I use this cheat everyday.:D
