Quick Sim Pe question

So I finally got my whole computer up and going again which took forever but it's fixed! So I have all my downloads and everything in my game. And got the latest verison of Sim Pe but yeah i kinda forgot how to upload your born in game sims. So I was wondering if anyone could give me directions or a link leading to them or something along the lines of help.

I'm assuming you're wondering how to extract in-game born Sims into Bodyshop, since uploading in-game Sims is virtually the same as uploading Sims made in Bodyshop, and that tutorial can be found here (look at the second post beforehand).
