2kona2hana2 you place the package in your downloads folder, make sure that you have no other infant diaper overrides and then it will show up on any of the babies born ingame.

aelflaed the recolour is the actual mesh so no additional meshes are required. Make sure it is the only override mesh for the infant diaper in your downloads folder.
