Phew! Sorry I haven't been writing for awhile. It's been hectic at the house. With a cat and two teenage girls, life isn't easy. As you can see, it's been a few months since we last talked, and boy do I have things to tell!
First off, yes Kista and Eric are still going strong. Likewise for Jill and Dirk. Just this week. Kista snuck out for up-tenth time to see him. If I wasn't so mad with her, I'd be proud of her. But I'm not.
Jill is a good girl. I don't favor her over Kista, if that's what you're thinking. I love both my daughters equally. Even though Jill is a B student and Kista is a C, I still love them the same. Jill is helping Kista with her grades, making them even closer. Kista is even reading that new Twilight series. I heard it was pretty good. The girls are into music now. Kista plays guitar while Jill plays the piano. You should hear them together. It's absolutely mesmerizing.
Later that night, at 1:00 AM, an ear-splitting screech filled the house.
It was the burglar alarm.
I can't believe I forgot to lock the garage door! Doi!
Kista, Jill, and I ran into the kitchen while the burglar used the basement door to get in. Jake was the only one who had the common sense to call the police. Skori was unawakened by the alarms.
The idiot tried to steal our TV! NOT THE TV!! WE NEED THAT TO LIVE!
Luckily, the police officer arrived in the nick of time. We cheered him on as he fought to arrest the criminal.
Success!
We didn't get out TV back!! What?? Some cop you are.
Sucky Copper: "I'll take him to prison right away ma'am. Good thing no one was hurt."
Kista: *grumbles* "Who cares? Give us our TV!"
He took the robber away in his car. Our TV was nowhere to be found. Wah.
Skori slept on. We all had ourselves a good cry and went back to bed. That's when I realized it was one of the rare nights where Kista was actually home. There's a shock.
