Body Shop Glitch

I'm sure many people have problems with it but after I installed Family Fun Stuff, Ikea Home Stuff, Freetime, Bon Voyage and Teen Style Stuff my bodyshop no longer loads.. it gets to the loading screen and then it says 'BodyShop has encountered an error. Body Shop will now close.' then it closes itself. Does anyone know why.. Its really annoying me because I cannot make sims to upload to the exchange. Please Help!!! I can download but not upload!:angryfir::evil2::mumum:

It sounds like you're using an old shortcut to BodyShop. You need to be using the BodyShop for the newest EP/SP you've loaded which I guess would be Ikea Home stuff. Try using your Windows Start button to get to All Programs, EA Games, The Sims2 Ikea Home Stuff, The Sims2 BodyShop and click on that link. If it works, you can make a new shortcut from it.

If you're using the correct Bodyshop version, delete the file My Documents\EA Games\The Sims2\cigen.package and the .cache files at the same location.

IKea Home Stuff is a stuff pack and not a ep. You need to use the Bodyshop that came with the most recently released EP, which is Free Time.
So, therefore, the path you should be using is Start>All Programs>EA Games>The Sims 2>The Sims 2 Free Time>The Sims 2 BodyShop
