This is the second mini home; it has more space compared to the first one I uploaded. This home reminds me of summer mainly because of the tan colour. It has three levels, the basement is accessible from the outside and there is a driveway space for one car.

First mini home is found here: http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=83625

Details:
-   2x1 lot
-   $12,687 (UF) and $19,902 (F)
-   2 bedrooms with extra one in the basement level
-   2 baths
-   requires NL, OFB and pets
-   no custom content included

I like mini homes, the large ones may be beautiful, but they slow down my computer, this one looks nice and playable, maybe the basement room would be good for a teenager, or mother-in-law, I like the private entrance to it. Thank you for sharing this home.
