We enjoyed spending as much time as possible with Edward, while we still could.



 At thirty weeks Christie was addmitted to hospital, and at thirty two weeks, our day came.



I could tell how nervous Christie was and I could see she was nearly in tears. I held her hand and stroked her hair, and in a feww short minutes they were here. Joel, Collin, Jonathan and Rowan.



Once Christie was out of recovery a few days later, she was allowed to hold her babies.



Collin was the first to go home but the others followed shortly after.



We were so happy to have them all home. At last we felt so safe.

TEN YEARS LATER.

Shortly after the four were born, we decided to move again. And even now I still cannot believe Christie talked me into having more kids. So along came Emmeline Grace, Our little princess. We were shocked to see her blue eyes at first, and then we realized they were the exact same color as my mother's.



 And I can now recall the day clear as a bell. Emmy was at daycare and the boys were playing in the basement.



Edward was studying, or rather dropping his gameby and picking up a book whenever I walked in. Christie was at work. I was about to go make lunch when I heard a frightend yell come from the basement. Dropping a plate of bagels, I raced down the stairs, just in time to see Rowan hit the floor.
