Lacking CC (but not in CAS)!

I just bought Bon Voyage today and installed it without any problems. Made a Sim family (with a lot of downloaded hairs, outfits etc.) ready to try out the new game content!
I don't have ANY of my CC objects though.. Or fences, plants etc. you name it. Why is this? I feel like it's a simple thing, so it would be great if someone knew what was wrong. Thank you!

Did you make sure custom content was enabled?

Oh, how do I do that? But in case that I hadn't, shouldn't my CC not be visible in CAS?

Not necessarly, no. Go into your game options and you should see it there.

YAY! It worked! Thank you so much.. And on a sidenote - Bon Voyage is so much more than I had imagined. A great expansion!
