Meaning that the SavedSims folder is sort of like the "alternative" to the Downloads folder, if custom content still doesn't seem to work in the latter folder.  ;)

Groups.cache is one of the files that constantly regenerates once the game starts up, and is also one of the most faulty... so deleting that file usually helps with most game start-up/ custom content related issues, along with the Accessory.cache and cigen.package files.  You'll find it in the same directory where your Downloads and SavedSims folders are.  :angel:

Yes it does. If you don't have it spelled exactly as I typed it (Downloads), then it will prevent a lot of cc from showing up in your game.
