Mesh conversions—adult to teen?

I would like to convert a board shorts mesh from adult to teen since there's about nothing good out there for teens in that area, but i have no idea how. Is anyone familiar with that?

There is no good meshing programs for Macs, check the sticky in this section.

grrrrrrr...so i can't. i did find a pretty good mesh for board shorts and recolor it though. i still like the adult one better...
