I made a bunch of mini homes on mini lots. They are all under $20,000 with furnished (F) and unfurnished (UF) versions available. The furnished ones do have the cheaper furnishings to keep the cost down and will appear as shown in the pictures. Each home will have a different look and I plan on uploading them. The first home accommodates 1 person. I placed the kitchen on the top floor and there is access to the balcony on the second.

Details:
-   1x1 lot
-   $10,065 (UF) and $16,490 (F)
-   1 bedroom
-   1 bath
-   2 floors
-   requires NL, OFB and Pets

I like the way you fit all the necessities in a small area, and that balcony is a nice touch too. I'm sure a single sim in my game will have good use of this home. I just thought of the perfect sim, too, just graduated and single. Thank you.

Thank you, I'm glad to hear that you like these mini homes. I do enjoy figuring out how much I can fit on a tiny lot while keeping the cost down. I created about 11 homes and will be uploading the third one at this moment. Smiley

I have downloaded 1 to 11 and they will fit nicely in my small neighborhood. I love the way each one has it's own personality or so they seem to me. Great job, will keep coming back to see if you add to your mini collection..
