Heck yes. Before bedtime is when I do tons of random thinking. I can never sleep in a timely manner. Takes me at least 30 minutes before I run out of stuff to think about or choose just to blank my mind so I can get a decent amount of sleep. It's hard to sleep when I want to.

TSBM can roll their tongue.
