When I finished this home, I didn’t realize how large it looked from the outside. The house is still quite small, considering there is a driveway and front and backyard space, but the view inside will show how tiny it is. I did manage to fit 3 bedrooms on the second floor, so this mini home can accommodate a few more sims, yet, the extra bedrooms can always be converted into something else.

I never thought of making mini community lots. I'll see what I can come up with :smile: And I'm in the process of uploading the 15th home, I still have a few more of these minis. Thank you for your comments.
