I've wondered this too. I just looked it up in the forums. Apparently it's called reflective flooring, and that's all it is, no light hack.

They say you can get it at MTS2, but sometimes it really lags up your game.

The shader file and 1X1 tile is free... everything else you'll have to go and get through other means... :pirate:
