Can someone help me please,I have downloaded For sale signs for Sim Houses in the game where they be once I have Installed them?

If u have SimPE, click left on object data (OBJD) (under recource tree)
then, under resource list, click the resource that showed up.

then, under plugin view look at the room sort, which ones are checked.

Or just look under decorations in buy mode.  That's most likely where to find it.
