HELP!
I cant download anything and all my CC is gone!
My backup isnt working either! I installed my latest game to see if that would work but its not!

What shall i do! Shoud i make a new folder containing the stuff i need?

I am so confused SadSadSadSadSadSadSadSadSadSadSadSad

You should create a new folder for your downloads-did you manage to back up your downloads separately before the crash?
If you did you can just copy (don't move them) into the new folder.

I really don't know..if you think it is the game itself that isn't working, yes. If it's connected to your downloads, perhaps not.
Can't see how you can't download anything..is there something wrong with your browser?  That's the first question.
But for your lost CC, I can't hold out any hope unless you made a back up of it somewhere.
If all fails, you should uninstall and reinstall the game, but that's only if you can't find the problem before. It's a real pain to do this, I know..and the more EP's you have, the more time you will have to spend doing it.
I'd investigate every possible angle before doing it, in the end.

This might sound stupid, but once I accidentally moved my EA games folder into another My Documents folder when my PC was having trouble being.. ya know.. good.^^;
Maybe run a search in case that happened to you [though it's a longshot]
