Help-Everything inside of "EA Games/The Sims 2" folder has been erased somehow...

Hello,

I decided to download a few things for my Sims today, but when I was asked the question -where would you like to place this download?- I found that my Downloads folder and everything else inside of my EA Games/The Sims 2 folder was missing except for Teleport and Logs.

If I'm remembering correctly, the only folders that were needed for the game to work were the sc4terrains and cameras folders -

- Can't I just download all new terrains? I don't play any of the terrains that came with the game anyway.
&
- Is there a place online with everything in the cameras folder up for download?

I'd really hate to re-install all of my games seeing as how I left my original The Sims 2 at home (I'm off in college states away)

Any help on this matter will be appreciated greatly!

If you delete My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2 folder, that game will recreate the folder and all subfolders, basically making your game look like a brand new installation.  After that, create the Downloads folder and put your CC and mods in it.
