I worked on this house for a couple of hours just to get it right. Most content is Maxis, but if you want the mesh and controller for the ceiling tiles you'll need to visit this link:

An extensive knowledge of the floor elevation cheat is needed for any structural changes to this house.
House built in Uni-NL game configuration.

I'm taking advantage of my newest toy, the clean installer. It and the supporting net framework didn't give my comp a meltdown this time..lol
