 I built this modern split level with attached garage, and basement. It has a built in home buisness that is a bakery and a small resturaunt. Once you move your sim family in you either use the phone or the computer and start a home busness for it to work. then you just use the open and close sign to open and close your busness. This lot has no cc at all, and ius uploaded with these ep's (nl, pets, bv, ofb, seasons). The house specs are:

garage
bakery
resturaunt
2 bathrooms
2 bedrooms
1 kitchen
1 dinning room
1 balcony
1 living room
1 study/home office.
