Price: $141,825
i built this single story medatarrianen ranch by request for red rose tea. A medium sized family can live here. It is fully furnished by request and has all the skillbuilders. If your sims are tv junkies this is the house for you. I made this as close as I could to the floor plan but one bathroom looked hooky so I turned into two bathrooms. It looks better that way. This house has no cc and is uploaded with ep's up to freetime, and sp's up to ikea. House specs are:
2 driveways
2 car garage
1 swimming pool
3 bedrooms
1 dinningroom
1 kitchen & breakfast nook
3 1/2 bathrooms
1 nursury room
1 living room
1 walk in closet
1 fireplace
