That would be in your LotCatalog folder.  The skins, however, will be found in your Downloads folder, along with the rest of your custom content.  It's going to be tough if you don't know the exact file names of them, so you might want to either download Sims2Pack Clean Installer or Delphy's Download Organizer for the sake of seeing what's what in that folder.  ;)
