Also, I want the living room and the kitchen to be open to each other. I have Uni, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Freetime, Bon Voyage, Family Fun, Glamour, and Teen Style

i would be happy to create this lot for you (with the changes) since this lots not massive if your lucky i might be able to fit in building it this week around my apartment and hotel building (though i make no promises) i will finish as soon as possible
