I have all the EPs up to AL and all SP up to K&B. I would like it furnished using items from Vitasims ( I have all the cottage sets)

that shouldn't be to much of a problem, only thing im not quite sure on is the lake i might just be having a stupid moment but not sure 100% what you want if you could expand that would be useful.
i am going to need some patience as i have a number of requests to do but it hopefully wont be to long(if you want i can pm you when i start)
cottage sets are nice so happy to download and furnish the lot for you
