Help with Disfigured meshes

Hi!

A friend of mine asked me today what she could do to make here meshes return to the way they were. The have all become disfigured and twisted. I personally don't know what to do about it. She has created some meshes and stuff with Milkshape and Simpe but I don't see how that should affect all the meshes.. So before she reinstall the game and starts over is there something that can be done to fix this?

My games does this all the time even with the in game meshes i would love for there to be a way to stop this

BTW i have reinstalled many times since this has happened and it hasnt changed a this so i dont think that reinstalling would help
