the Sims 2 University Mystery Blonde Cheerleader?!

Can anyone please tell me who the blonde cheerleader is on the front cover of the sims 2 university.  Not the one talking on the phone but the one with her leg up and the guy eating the pizza.  She looks fun and i was just wondering is she in the game or do you have to make her?

The closest character I've seen to that is Heather Huffington.  She's in a toga by the way.

I think it might depend on the university and the game just makes the NPCs randomly.
