I've noted too that if there is a big sound from neighbor apartment on the phone wall the phone cannot be used too. :)

That would be because of the noise emitter that's place on the floor under the phone. Put an end table with a desk phone in rather than the wall phone.

When every I click on a phone (no cc) or cell phone (on Sim). My Sims reset and lose their tasks. Its now to the point that clicking on anything resets the Sim but it all started with the phone?

remove all the phones from the lot...cell phones too..and rebuy them. I had that happen once, and that fixed it.
