Finding a Witch or Warlock

Hello, I want my sims to be witches really bad, but I can't seem to find any! Could someone tell me where they hang out? Or could someone tell me an alternative way to becoming magical, thanks!

You could just use the cheat boolprop testingcheatsenabled true and then ctrl-click on the mail box and click on make NPC then locate the grand high good/bad witch and that will bring a witch to ur lot...thats how i did it

I just go to a community lot and wait, never been more than a sim hour before one showed for me.

I'd gone to the Coffee Drip and was hanging around there finding suitable sims for my romance sim when an evil witch dropped in. Introduced myself and found she was a 2LB. Woot! While I was making the moves on her a good witch dropped in. Introduced myself and Woot! Another 2 LB. So I start making some moves on her and Wham! Another good witch drops in. This one was an elder though, so I let her slip through my fingers...
Witches can show up on any community lot. Good witches are more likely to show up on rainy days because the first thing they do is cast a spell to stop the rain and generally make the lot a pleasant place to be. Evil witches prefer clear nights so she can start the rain.
