And if you do, and it still doesn't work, do you have any duplicate CEP files in your game?  Make sure to remove any of those, and the recolor should show up.  ;)

What's "CEP" is a virus of some sort, ?

Color Enable Package.  You need to download it at MTS2 to enable recolors on Maxis-made objects that originally have no recolor options.  ;)

DecoraChroi:
CEP enables recolors for certain or prodominately objects in game.
