Bodyshop not loading.... :(

I wanted to make a new sim for the past two days, but bodyshop won't open. I recently installed Seasons. I've tried the Seasons bodyshop and the Bon Voyage one. Does anyone know why nothing is cooperating?

Have you tried deleting the groups.cache out of The Sims2 folder?

Question #2 Once that file is deleted, do I have to start the game for it to come back?

Gosh the sims makes me frustrated...

It's still not working. Do you think it's a download that I have interfering?
