Glitch - Can't Study New Subjects

Hey! I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this glitch. If I go to have my sims study a new subject such as Fire Prevention or Lifelong Happiness they will go get the book from the shelf, sit down, and then they just "snap" out back to standing position and put the book away, not learning anything. Any ideas? Thanks.

Unlike previous EPs when you could study just about any time, AL seems to prevent all studying if any need is at 50% or lower.  Boost up those needs and you should be able to study without any problems.

Also look for a gloal bookcase mod, I had that and it caused the same thing to happen, removed it and it's fine.
