This modern split level house with attached garage and basement was requested by Redrose Tea. This is a madern house that has a foundation, an attached garage, is a split level, has a basement, and four sky lights in the roof. By far this has been my most challanging house yet because I never built a split level house with a foundation, and an attached garage. I had a great time building it. I hope you all like it as much as I do. The house is not cc free. It is uploaded with all ep's up to freetime, and all sp's up to ikea. The house is fully furnished as requested. The house specs are:

4 1/2 bathrooms
4 bedrooms
1 balcony
1 porch
1 pond
1 car garage & driveway
1 kitchen
1 dinning room
1 breakfast nook
1 living room
1 basement game room

great house andrew must of took at lot of work
i love the look of the front really clean and modern
nice layout as well
just wish i had time to play it

you are welcome. you have exceptional talents when it comes to building homes, you and the MANY gifted builders/ designers and/or decorators make this game all the more satisfying. i hope when the sims3 comes out , they allow cc, cause i want YOUR houses andrew!!!!!! Wink
