changing faces

I have a hair salon and whenever I do a makeover my sims face features change. Can anybody tell me whats going on? I have all of the expansion packs. By the way their face change whenever they change into their work uniform too.

That's normal with Apartment Life, the sims periodiclly change expressions in the User Interface panel.

Unless it's the OFB bug that was never fixed, even in patches.  Once an employee changes into their uniform, their whole face reverts to the "default" mannequin facial structure.  It's quite annoying that this happens whenever you have sims change into their OFB work uniform.  :?

Thanks for the help. I guess my sims won't be wearing uniforms. Why make these beautiful sims only to have them turn into defaults just for a uniform. I think I'll hirer all townies.
