Every time my sim buys a cell phone on a lot, and uses it a couple of times suddenly it disappears from my sims back pack. I have all the eps installed and I also have a problem with my mailbox, it's a house mailbox, instead of the apartment mailbox.

If you have any old/outdated hacks in your Downloads folder, remove those first, then start up the game again to see what happens.  :angel:
