GAZEBO- 8:47 AM
Professor Nathan Plum was taking his routine morning stroll to muster some intellectual inspiration for the day. The sun was shining, the birds were tweeting, and there was a light breeze in the air. What could be better? As he gracefully strolled, his shiny shoes made pleasant clacking noises against the stone walkway.
As he neared the Gazebo, he noticed somebody...somebody not familiar to him. He didn't think it was any old street bum. His clothes were a sharp cardinal red topped with an eccentric looking fez on his head.
"Excuse me sir," Plum called, "Have you found yourself lost?"
When the man turned around, Plum saw his face. A pleasant aged face with elder warmth and wisdom. The man sported some sharp looking half-moon spectacles on his nose.
"Namo namah friend, Salutations indeed!" The man replied with a chipper British accent, "Oh, jolly fine place isn't it? I found myself quite fascinated with the smashing garden of Ethylene's. She really fancies herself in a fortress of wonder. You'd be her brother than wouldn't you? I see the resemblance."
Plum was quite taken with the man's cheerful attitude.
"Y..yes, Indeed I am. Plum's my name..Professor Plum," He informed, "And you would be..?"
"Professor Bipin J. Corundum of Calcutta at your service!" The bashful man replied, "But please call me Bipin. No need for formality between colleagues."
"Right so," Plum agreed, "Say, your name rings a bell....have we met before?"
Prof. Corundum put his finger to his mouth as though he were thinking.
"Nope! I don't believe we have, young chap," He answered, "Well then, cheerio and see at breakfast."
With that, he walked off.
"Bipin...Bipin Corundum.......," Plum thought hard, "....How could I forget a man such as that? Hmmmm...."

CONSERVATORY- 8:50 AM
Dressed in their morning best, Captain Bernard Brown and Colonel Clifford Mustard had taken to the calming morning aura of the Conservatory for a quiet chat. Apparently, the news of Prof. Corundum was aware to them, though both of them were still a little curious and mystified towards his background.
"Well, I wonder where devil the man is," Col. Mustard stated, "Ethyl told me he'd be here this morning."
"Morning eh?" Capt. Brown replied gruffly, "Then the fellas got to be here any minute now."
Brown then was trying to think, but couldn't remember.
"Did Mrs. Peacock say who his name was?"
"Oh, something utterly unimportant," Mustard replied, "It was Professor Bipin...something. Rather unfortunate name in my opinion."

HALL- 8:54 AM
RIIIINNNGG! RINNNGGG!
In no time flat, Hogarth opened the doors.
"Good morning sir," Hogarth welcomed.
Prof. Bipin smiled.
"Morning there, my boy," He greeted warmly, "Ah, such a lovely fashioned Hall, I must admit. You must be Hogarth; Mrs. Peacock has told me all about you!"
Hogarth tried not to wince.
"Why indeed she has," He replied, "How kind of her. She requests you to meet her in the Study. Follow me..."

CONSERVATORY- 8:57 AM
"Remember our trip to India, Colonel?" Capt. Brown reminded.
"Yes, that was a couple of months ago," Col. Mustard replied feeling a little uncomfortable suddenly, "Why do you mention it?"
"Professor Bipin....it rings a bell."
Mustard cleared his throat.
"Well, I suppose the name is not unfamiliar...." He admitted, "Though I do recall it a bit; a certain figure by that name. There was some radical researcher who somehow came about our rare bird hunt....though.....it couldn't possibly be the same one."
"That hunt, it was illegal in the area, was it not?" Brown questioned.
Mustard gave the Captain a hard stare.
"Of course it was illegal Bernard, even you knew that when you came along. But I said it before and I'll say it again; sometimes you must go through certain lengths to gain the perfect prize you sought after. Anyways, the only ones who know are you and I, my hunting partners, our Indian guides...and Ethyl's new little friend here..."
He walked over to a brightly coloured bird sitting innocently in it's cage while chewing on it's chew toy; a Wrench.
"Rainbow was quite the fortunate one..."
Mustard snatched the Wrench from the birds beak and placed it into his pocket.
