At the Beginning~The Meyer Legacy

SimKween:
Okay, everyone is making a legacy so I have to make one too :D

Don't worry, I'm still working on What Hurts the Most, but sadly, I only have a few more chapters until it's over, so....

At the Beginning~The Meyer Legacy

Preface:

I pressed on the gas harder, knowing they’d be looking for me soon. But I joust couldn’t take it anymore. My parents had driven me to and edge, so I was running away. I cranked up the radio.

Sparkling angel I believe
You were my savior in my time of need.
Blinded by faith I couldn't hear
All the whispers, the warnings so clear.
I see the angels,
I'll lead them to your door.
There's no escape now,
No mercy no more.
No remorse cause I still remember

The smile when you tore me apart.
You took my heart,
Deceived me right from the start.
You showed me dreams,
I wished they'd turn into real.
You broke a promise and made me realize.
It was all just a lie.

I sang along, feeling free and alive, but only for a moment.
I heard the squeal of my tires, and my head was working in fast motion. I saw the bright headlights of the city bus right in front of me, getting closer by milliseconds. I heard the scream of people in the passing cars, shocked that only a few moments ago, this 18 year old girl was driving happily along the road, and was now spinning out of control. I didn’t even have time to close my eyes, but everything went black after the crunching sound of my car and the piercing feeling in my chest.

Sam the T-man:
Ooh, nice start! And you featured one of my favourite songs! :D

I do find it interesting how everyone tells their legacy stories :)

Astral Faery:
WOW!  That's quite a start!  And yay for more legacies.  The legacies shall rule the storyboard...or something  mwahaha!

SimKween:
@ Sadie: Thanks! That's one of my favorites too :D
And I can suprisingly sing that high. Whoot!

@ Astral: Lol darn right they will! Go legacys!

Oh my Bob I just realized my two favorite writers like my story. *happydance*

Sam the T-man:
Aaaw :D Hehe, I can too - good band to improve your vocal range, huh? ;)
