you didn't like GIMP? hmm. well... that one's my favorite. before that i seriously recolored using the pain program that comes with all windows operating systems (from 95 all the way to vista lol). there was a better photo-editing software i used that came free with a lexmark printer... i don't remember what it was called though.
but that one had some really nice tools in it. unfortunately none of them work on my computer anymore, not even my new one. don't know why.
