I built this apartment upon request by Glossolalia. As per request it was to be run down looking and cheap for some movie theme. I built this in my down town setting so all you simmers out their have an actual city type apartment building that looks like it should be downtown. The building has seven floors with 2 apartments each this is grand total of 14 apartments. This builing is not cc free and to has been uploaded with all ep's and sp's except kitchen&bath stuff.

Their are 14 units and each has:
bedroom
bathroom
kitchen/dinning/livingroom area

I just tested it with the goodies and it works fine for them I have attached pictures to show you maybe you don't have all the stuff packs needed if that is the case you can request on my thread local contractor needs work in the lots and nieghborhood section of the request forum and I will make you what you want that is compatable with you ep's and sp's. But it is now tested and it works fine in my game.

You have to use the apartment life cheat to turn it into an apartment lot: Changelotzoning apartmentbase. Then save the lot and you'll see the spinning apartments icon above it. I had to do that with the other apartment lot I downloaded from this site, too.
