Community Lots keep crashing

I don't know why, but most of the time I go out with one of my sims in a neighborhood, the game normally crash.  The last one, it did not crash at the restaurant, but it did crash at the next place I visited.

Does anyone have any idea whats causing this?

I'm going to take out all my downloads and play a community lot.
