ctrl + shift + z and HP
(1/1)
EddyGirl:
does anyone else have a relatively new HP computer that they are using?
every time i try to click ctrl + shift + z, it pops up with a health checker thing that HP has, but i want to know how to disable it. does anyone know anything about it and/or how i can disable it?
EKozski:
Isn't it, Ctrl Shift C not Z
EddyGirl:
yeah, sorry. i used ctrl shift z at work.
so i get confused sometimes.
ctrl shift c brings up the health checker.
Engram:
You need to go into HP Health Checker and change the shortcut to some other key combo. I don't have a HP so I can't direct you to the exact place where you would do it but essentially that is what you have to do.
EddyGirl:
ok, so i figured it out.
the way i did it was i went
START> ALL PROGRAM FILES> HP> right click on HP Health Checker> Properties; delete key short cut.
