Can't drive anywhere?! Please help?

Madison-Simple-As-That:
I just went to my simmy's, Autumn, house, and the car was on the driveway and so, I know that part is done correct, and she could sit in the car, get alarm installed, or take it for a spin, but she COULDN'T go anywhere! She couldn't go to a community lot! I bet the taxi works, but it wouldn't be the same without cars D:

Any fixes to this?
(I left the lot and came back and the same problem still remained) :smt120
