town doesnt load..

hey all..
well my town doesnt load up any more...the in question is the twon the came with AL.... first... i have a conflict with something in my downloads folder.. basically when i click on the phone a get an error... and i got an error when i loaded my house.. it was saying something about a counter.. any way... i went to load the game than the town than the house, got the error with the counter stil loaded the house click on the phone and error.. so i turned it off and took out the ACR mod, (just a feeling that i had) loaded the game/town/house got the counter error, stil loaded the house, click on the phone and error.. turned off game. took out all my mods/hacks.. loaded the game/town/house, got the counter error, loaded the house click on phone got error.. turn off game... took out the ''half of the downlaods folder'' .. loaded the game/went to load the town.. and nothing.. wanted for 20 mins.. and nothing, just keep on loading.hmmm... torn off game.. took the DOWNLOADS folder it self, loaded the game, went to load the town and nothing... just keep on loading... turned of game... loaded the game pick a different town, and that loaded up... so i went back to the main menu and pick the AL town and nothing waiting for like 30 mis this time.. nothing..
so i took out the Accessory.cache and the Groups.cache ( coz i remember that beosboy told me on time when i you take stuff out of your downloads folder and put stuff back, sometimes it will not load up so take them out, and see-and the time it work.. so i try that again) anywho, it wouldnt load the tow, it loads the game to the main menu and thats it, but can load a different town, but no the AL town.. any ideas??? or is it reinstall AL? and if i reinstall and back my game, when i put them back in, wont the problem be still there??
