Maxis male nipple rings

Hey Bloom, I downloaded these and your meshes and I have to say, they are gorgeous!! Especially since my character was already using a Louis skin to start with

I want to ask though, I converted them so that they can be used in everyday, but the nude male top mesh that I have (he is topless, not naked XD) does not have nipples as it's made from the maxis mesh. I was wondering if you have a nude male top for this, or if there is a way to make one from your default mesh?
