I can help you with at least part of the outfit. The top (A recolor of a Maxis mesh) was created by SixStringSlim, back in his days on The 8th Deadly Sim -- an adult TS2 paysite.
I believe he might've had that same outfit posted on his own site (Spunk (?)),a free site that's long since closed.
